Nemu is going to be an important NPC, and Kuu and Reki have had their Day of Flight already, so those three cannot be apped. Rakka, Hikari, and Kana can be apped, though anyone who wants to app one of those three will have to talk with the mods first, as we will have to arrange things differently for them.
