The biggest problem with young characters is that, in most cases, they simply have not done anything worth repenting for. Which is a problem, since characters are brought to Glie to overcome their character flaws.

If you can provide proof that your character has substantial character flaws that cannot be explained away by his age (IE: things like 'being selfish' or 'has trouble talking with new people' would not be acceptable unless they were above and beyond what is considered 'normal' for a small child), then you would be able to play him here.
